Does GigPig replace my role?

GigPig was built by bookers, and it's designed to simplify your workflow, not replace you. We understand the challenges you face in curating live music, which is why GigPig mirrors your existing processes. You retain control and ownership of the GigPig platform, and it's a tool to help you book more gigs and more artists efficiently across your venues.

What if I'm already handling this on my own?

GigPig isn't about replacing what you do; it's about making you more productive. We give you access to a wider talent pool, including undiscovered artists, and allow you to book them in less time.

Is GigPig an additional cost for my business?

Time is your most valuable resource, and GigPig gives you the gift of more time back. We can save you an average of 8 hours per week. You can choose to reclaim that time for yourself or reinvest it in finding new artists, opening new venues, or concentrating on the creative side of the role. The cost versus reward is minimal and the upside is HUGE.

Why should I consider using GigPig if my current system isn't broken?

GigPig doesn't replace your current business; it complements it. We've seen bookers use GigPig to venture into new venues and cities, effectively growing their portfolio of artists and events under management. It's a tool to help you scale and reach new heights.

How can GigPig adapt to our existing way of working?

GigPig was designed by bookers, for bookers. We've taken the best elements of traditional booking processes and simplified the headaches, allowing you to work the way you want to—only faster and more efficiently.

What assurance can GigPig provide regarding the quality of the artists on your platform, especially if they're not currently in our network?

The artists you work with today might not be on GigPig, but the quality of talent is. GigPig future-proofs your business by providing access to the latest, often undiscovered, talent. Even when your current artists move on, you'll still have access to the talent you need to continue doing what you love.

Can GigPig accommodate venues that frequently work with the same set of artists?

Absolutely, you can keep your existing roster and use GigPig to streamline how you book them. It's a platform that works alongside your current relationships and supports you in making new ones.

Does using GigPig require a complex setup or is it user-friendly?

GigPig was built with simplicity in mind. It mirrors the way you book today, making it easy to transition. We've taken the best elements of traditional booking processes and streamlined them for efficiency.

Can we keep our artist roster private if we choose to use GigPig?

Artists are not usually exclusive to one venue. If you're treating them well, paying them fairly, and providing consistent work, they are likely to stay. GigPig can help you manage your existing roster and build strong, lasting relationships with artists.

What if I'm not very tech-savvy? Will I still be able to use GigPig effectively?

Don't worry if you're not tech-savvy. GigPig offers a managed service option that provides support every step of the way. The platform is intuitive and designed to mirror your current booking processes. If you ever need assistance, our team is here to help.

We are an experienced team, what unique value does GigPig offer to someone with my level of expertise?

We understand your expertise, and our goal is to help you scale it. GigPig provides a platform for you to share your expertise with more artists, venues, and audiences. The more accessible you are, the more amazing gigs you can create!

How does GigPig ensure the reliability and professionalism of the artists on the platform?

GigPig has a robust system for artist vetting and ratings. Our artists rarely cancel, boasting a 99.8% gig fulfilment rate. In case of unexpected cancellations, our dedicated support team is ready to help find suitable alternatives, even at the last minute.

Who's vetting the artists for quality?

We have a team working on this all day every day.

We have a tight-knit community and prefer dealing with individuals rather than corporations. How can GigPig accommodate this preference?

Us too! We are from the music community, and are a start up with a passion to contribute back to the industry we love.  We want people like you to help shape who we are today and what we become. We built GigPig for bookers, venues & artists and we will continue to listen to our community on how we can improve.
